How can I get involved in the Ag Science Center? There are many ways to become part of this exciting project:
Board of Directors
Members serve as the governance and management team of the Ag Science Center’s corporate responsibilities along with helping us reach a broader constituency. We ask that members join us at monthly or quarterly meetings, work with us to achieve the Annual Fund goal, and make a generous gift to the campaign using a 5-year pledge period.
Campaign Leadership Committee
Members serve as the leadership team to host campaign events, visit with potential donors to tell them the campaign story, and for those willing -- make gift requests. We ask that members join us, in person or electronically, every 6 to 8 weeks for brief Campaign Leadership meetings and updates, work with us to achieve the Campaign goal, and make a generous gift to the campaign using a 5-year pledge period.
Ag Hall of Fame Dinner
Dinner volunteers are instrumental in the planning and carrying out of the Ag Science Center’s major fundraising event where hundreds of people gather to honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the agricultural industry. Volunteers help plan and supervise all aspects of this annual event including sponsorships, live and silent auction, and promotions. This committee is perfect for those who are motivated and enjoy the hustle and bustle of event planning and a team atmosphere.
