The learning experience begins as you step onto the grounds. An interactive water feature awaits you to help guide students through water’s path from the mountains to the valley floor. Students will learn the value of this precious resource and be able to direct water to some farms while learning there is not enough for all.
Walk of Fame
As guests stroll through the gardens and plaza area on their way from the water sculpture to the Ag Science Center, they will experience the Walk of Fame honoring California leaders who have contributed significantly to the well-being of the ag industry throughout the world. The walk will be lined with granite pavers topped with bas relief bronze plaques to save the memories and tell the stories of these great individuals.
Cornucopia Hall
Among the largest meeting facilities in the Central Valley, the Cornucopia Hall will accommodate hundreds for a dinner meetings and up to a thousand for theater-style presentations. Designed for ag exhibitions and trade shows, the hall is expected to host regional, statewide and national meetings.
Introductory Theater
In the 100 seat Introductory Theater visitors will embark on an aerial tour of agriculture from planting to harvest and irrigation to transportation with the sights and sounds of agriculture telling its story. Lining the theater walls will be graphic murals, made from acoustic fabric portraying the products and processes of agriculture. When the film ends, the guests exit into the interactive exhibit area.
